We collect the minimum needed to run a lookup and deliver a report, and we don't sell any of it.
Free lookup: the address you type, processed transiently to query federal map services; we do not build profiles from lookups. Paid orders: your email, name, and the property address you provide at checkout, plus payment details handled entirely by Stripe (we never see card numbers). Email: replies you send us are kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (report delivery email), Zoho (our mailbox), and the public federal services queried to produce your result (FEMA, USGS, the Census geocoder, OpenStreetMap's geocoder). Each receives only what its role requires.
No sale or sharing of personal information for advertising; no third-party ad trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
