The guarantee in plain terms: you paid for a determinate answer. If we can't give you one, you get your money back.
Our system flags your order for a refund, without you asking, when an Already-Out Packet is purchased for a property the current FEMA map shows inside the high-risk zone (the packet's premise doesn't apply, so we don't deliver a contradictory document), or when an Elevation Evidence Report cannot reach a determinate verdict: no published flood elevation is reachable, high-resolution LiDAR isn't available at your location, the flood elevation is published in a vertical datum we can't reliably convert, your property is in a regulatory floodway or coastal high-hazard (VE) zone, or the mapping is boundary-ambiguous at your address. In these cases the deliverable is not sent; you receive an email explaining what we found, and your refund is issued through Stripe. Where our systems can't issue it automatically, we issue it manually within one business day. If you'd rather have a manually verified answer than the refund, reply to the email and we'll do that instead.
If you believe your report contains a material factual error (wrong property, wrong map panel, wrong zone), email hello@removefloodinsurance.com within 30 days of delivery with the report number. We'll re-check the analysis; if we got it wrong, you get a corrected report and a full refund.
A verdict you disliked but that was accurate (an honest "UNLIKELY" is the product working), and costs you incur with third parties (surveyors, filings).
Through Stripe, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of issue.
